Cold Quinoa Salad

Simple, easy and delicious. Great for a snack or a side.

Combine:
Cooked quinoa (white, red, or tricolor)
Chopped spinach
Shredded carrots
Diced broccoli
Sliced black olives
Olive oil
A little salt
A little garlic powder

And yum–it’s gone in 12 hours and the kids love it too!
