Simple, easy, delicious, and yes, slightly addictive. Great for kids and adults. Lots of room to be creative.
You need:
1 c. natural nut/seed butter (I like Trader Joe’s for PB and Cost-Co for Almond butter)
1 c. Shaklee protein (I have Instant Soy pictured but I use Vanilla Life Shake most often, and you can mix it up with chocolate or cafe latte flavors too.)
1/3 c. honey
Optional ingredients include:
1/3 c Chia seeds
1/2 c. coconut flakes
1/3 c. flax seeds
1/3 c sunflower seeds
1/2 c. hemp seeds
Very complicated instructions:
Mix it all up.
Roll into balls or flatten into 9×13 pan
Put in fridge.
Try to exude enough self control to not eat them all in two days
If you cannot, freeze some.
